RETURNS / REFUNDS:

• Items must be purchased on our website to be eligible for a refund.

• Items wished to be replaced or refunded, must show proof of damage or defect to be eligible.

• If you would like to return a product, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your product.

• Item must be untouched/unopened with packaging intact.

• The product must be returned to us prior to processing a refund. Once the item has been received, we will process a refund (excluding the shipping cost) within 24 hours. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

• Orders that have used a promo/discount coupon code are final sale.

ALL limited-edition and sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

• If there was an error with your order, or you have received defective merchandise, please email HELLO@MILLENNIAL-MOM.COM within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, photo of the item, and full name in your email.

• Customers are responsible for shipping expenses unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

• All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

• We ask that you allow 2-3 business days during non-peak seasons and 3-5 business days during high-peak seasons/new launches for your order to be processed.

• Tracking information will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS or UPS to update their system.

• U.S. orders should arrive within 7-10 business days once it has left our warehouse.

• Weekends and holidays can delay delivery time.

Millennial Mom LLC is not responsible for any incorrect input of shipping addresses. Please revise the shipping address you have entered when placing your order. Once orders have been shipped, shipping addresses cannot be corrected or changed.
